One of the best ways to get the most out of yourself is to discover, learn and develop in as many ways as possible. One of the best ways to do this is by challenging yourself in different environments. Challenges can come in many forms and are not just physical. They also differ from person to person.
Why is it important to set yourself challenges?
There are many reasons to set yourself challenges from wanting to learn something new, wanting to find out what you are capable of, or developing your current set of skills and achievements. Moving out of your comfort zone and trying new things forces you to adapt and evolve as a person. It is important to vary the ways in which you challenge yourself – for example, if you are comfortable learning in a particular format you aren’t really stepping outside your comfort zone if each time you learn in the same way. It’s important to have variety in the challenges that you set yourself.
The more you challenge yourself, the more you will realise that you are capable of overcoming obstacles. You will get used to the feeling of achievement and nothing can hold you back
