Eat Clean, Eat Fresh !

There are so many conflicting diets and ways of eating portrayed by the media and health professionals, all claiming to be the healthiest ways to lose weight and live longer. Food trends come and go along with increasing amounts of diet foods and products. Humans have managed to survive and evolve for thousands of years eating natural, real, whole foods, surely we should look to our past for some answers. For thousands of years humans didn’t have a problem with obesity. It has only been over the last half century that this problem has become global. 

By eating unprocessed food that haven’t been tampered with you provide your body with the fuel it needs to function to its full potential. This means eating clean, fresh food, staying away from added sugar and avoiding anything that doesn’t allow your body from functioning to its fullest potential – many people are unaware of food sensitivities and live their lives in a state of ill-health and inflammation. Meat, fish, veg, fruit, nuts and seeds are great foods. Pesticide-laden, genetically modified franken-foods are not!
